Ads Trading Account/ Major AdNetwork - Paid Ads / Paid Affiliate Marketing

Ads Trading Account refers to Registration for Perpayment Ad Network through which Unique ID for every PerPayment Account is created. There is no financial credit requested to the Client by Socion Platforms Inc / Any Of It's Employees / Partners. The client opening Ads Trading Account / Perpayment Paid Ads Registration is being informed that client has to make only mandatory financial credit to PerPayment for Hiring the Key Account Manager Fees & PerPayment Platform Fees which is Rs 150000 inclusive GST in India & US$2000 Internationally.

All other payments made to Socion Platforms Inc by the client is optional and is only made after legal contracts are signed and based on client acceptance that Socion Platforms Inc will manage Global Paid Networks like Google Ads, Bing Ads & Other Ad Platforms on behalf of client and on approval basis.

The client is assigned Key Account Manager which apprises client that they can choose Fintech, HR Tech, Ratings & Ad Network platform which is owned by Socion Platforms Inc and choose any major ad network. PerPayment Key Account Manager will setup the Ads of selected platform on major ad network and MOU is signed with the client where client is given the option to financially recharge the Ad Network through Client Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI and there no need to transfer any funds to Socion Platforms Inc to start PerPayment Ads Trading. For e.g. If Client ABC Private Limited post paying engagement fees decides to invest $ 1Mn US Dollars and decides to show HireKhan Gold Membership Ads through Google Ads in Saudi Arabia. The client Google Ads Account is created by the PerPayment Account Manager and HireKhan Google Ads are setup and approval is received from Google Ads to display paid ads in Saudi Arabia.

Then PerPayment Account Manager will inform the client to make the payment to Google Ads directly from their Net Banking / Debit/Credit Card so that Ads can start and as a result of Ads Displayed on Google Ad Network, all payment made in Saudi Arabia upto 30% of revenue is transferred in realtime to PerPayment CRM Client Account also the client can track clicks received, registration done and payment received through PerPayment View Income Analytics Dashboard

However certain clients who does not have knowledge on major ad networks like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads & Others can choose to appoint mutual CA/CPA in both firms and transfer the amount through bank transfer in Socion Platforms Inc bank account which can be used to perform paid ads on Major Ad Networks like Google Ads & Others - monthly basis both client and Socion Platforms Inc reconcile on payments made for paid ads by Socion Platforms Inc.

Then PerPayment Account Manager will inform the client to make the payment to Socion Platforms Inc from their Net Banking / Debit/Credit Card so that Ads can start and as a result of Ads Displayed on Google Ad Network, all payment made in Saudi Arabia upto 30% of revenue is transferred in realtime to PerPayment CRM Client Account also the client can track clicks received, registration done and payment received through PerPayment View Income Analytics Dashboard

Limited License

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Use, PerPayment grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this Website and the Materials thereon. All payments done are refundable 100% within 5 working days of payment date.

Only Payment made for Paid Ads Marketing by Clients to Socion Platforms Inc bank account after deducting utilized amount already paid to the Global Ad Networks like Google Ads & Other will be refunded

All refunds are interest free and Socion Platforms Inc will not pay any bank interest to client.
